At One Skin Soapery, we manufacture products that contain coconut and Shea Butter. However , if you have a nut allergy , please speak to your doctor about the avoidance of coconut or Shea Butter prior to using our products .
As per FDA's regulations, bath and body companies are prohibited from making any health related claims about beauty products . Therefore, ONE SKIN SOAPERY do not make any claims about the use of our products having any positive effects on pre-existing conditions (physical or mental). All information supplied are relating to the specified ingredients in the products.
Returns/Exchanges
Return / Cancellation Policy : Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer refunds , cancellation , exchange or returns for products already received by you or dispatched to you , UNLESS the item is faulty or not as described. Please note , we cannot accept returns or give refund if you change your mind about an item. If you are not happy with the item due to it being faulty or not as described, we will accept the return and pay for postage. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO DISCUSS concerns or questions or no refund will be given, unless the item is faulty or not as described, as stated above.
As all our soaps are handmade and cut by hand please allow for slight variation in the color , appearance ( e.g those with added botanicals may have a colour fade due to curing but this does not affect the quality of the soap ), size ,patterns , also that the appearance may be affected by the digital device on which it is being viewed.

ANSWER: Unless the product states suitable for use on the face , it would not be suitable for use on the face.

ANSWER: Unless explicitly indicated on the label , do not use these products on infants.

ANSWER : Yes. We only use sustainable RSPO certified. This way we know that the standard of production of the oil is sustainable.
